My 3 month goal was to get down to 150 from 161 lbs. In a little under 3 months I achieved a weight reduction of 13 lbs, to bring me down to 148, a bodyweight I hadn’t seen in almost 10 years. Kurt’s structuring and monitoring of my diet, in conjunction with his always fun, personalized programming of my training is what makes the big difference.
