KURT BRADLEY

Kurt Bradley is a nationally certified Personal Trainer, Coach and Nutritional Advisor with over 12 years of experience in the Greater Toronto Area and over 17 years experience in the health & fitness industry. An honours graduate of Communication Studies at Brock University, Kurt is also member of the Ontario Physique Association (OPA). A very successful competitive natural bodybuilder, Kurt is a former Men’s Natural Ontario Bodybuilding Champion and has competed on a national level at the CBBF Canadian Championships. Kurt is also the owner of Super Jacked Meatheads; a fitness lifestyle clothing line he personally developed for style in the gym or out in public.

Kurt been published in numerous fitness publications both as a model and as a contributing author and has appeared on Toronto Breakfast Television and on Cosmo TV. He has become known in the fitness industry for consistently creating positive change in his clientele by tailoring ‘tried and tested’ methods of training and nutrition to the specific individual needs of a client. Through numerous workshops and in-depth certifications, Kurt and has always remained up to the minute with his knowledge in fitness, wellness and nutrition through a fierce passion to continually learn and expand his education. His friendly, supportive approach to personal training and coaching quickly builds trust, and has helped create incredible physical & mental changes in countless clients over the past ten years and counting. My Approach:

Beyond merely personal training, I’ve grown to identify more as a ‘Fitness Lifestyle Manager’, as I typically oversee so many more aspects of a clients full ‘fitness lifestyle’ beyond merely the gym, resulting in much quicker goal attainment. After establishing your goals, my initial focus in training is to identify and systematically eliminate the factors that have been negatively impacting your health. We then apply the most effective and proven forms of training to get you to your goals in the shortest time period and safest manner possible. I have found that the time-proven approach of both my training methods and nutritional guidance are generally the best ways achieve weight loss, develop strength, and create lasting health in my clients.

My Mission:

Studies show that our society is becoming increasingly overweight and in a state of depleted mental and physical health largely due to poor daily lifestyle choices. My mission is to provide clientele with the best possible information and instruction in order to reach their physical goals, and to equip them with a positive and healthy lifestyle that they can maintain well into the future. My methods work to create confidence and happiness through looking and feeling one’s absolute best.

My Philosophy:

My belief is that a teacher must lead by example. For over 20 years now, I have remained consistent in practicing the principles that I preach through leading a lifestyle geared towards looking, feeling and performing my best. In addition, I advocate not only the pursuit of short-term goals associated with the physique, but also the long-term goals of longevity in health and body that can be maintained and improved upon well into the future. Most importantly, I always strive to create lasting change.
